Travel Tips for Bali Retreat

Here are some basic recommendations

  • Airport code is DPS. You’ll be flying into Ngurah Rai International Airport.

  • We recommend arriving to Bali 2-4 days prior to the retreat to acclimate to the time zone, if possible. Let us know if you’d like recommendation on where to stay.

  • Allowing a few days after the retreat to continue soaking in the experience is also recommended. We can help arrange transportation to your next destination.

  • US, Japan, Australia, and many other countries do not need visas to visit Bali for up to 30 days.

  • Be sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date.

  • We’ve traveled through Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Singapore getting to Bali and are happy to offer support if you have questions.

  • For those arriving early, it’s very easy to arrange airport pickup with your Airbnb or Hotel in advance.

  • The weather in Bali ranges from 72F (22C) - 81F (26C) so be mindful when packing. We will send a list of things to pack when you register.

  • Outlets are different in Indonesia. You can easily find appropriate adapters online or in the airport. If you forget, there are options on the island, too.

  • There are ATMs available and it’s also helpful to carry some cash with you. We will send recommendations on this with registration confirmation.
