Bring: A yoga mat, 2 blankets, eye mask or cloth to cover eyes, journal + pen, and water bottle.

The breath is our vehicle into the physical and emotional body.

As we connect deeply in our bodies, we naturally find ways to move stagnant energy, be it through sounds or movement. In this process, we make space for levity and peace.

After breathwork, Alyssa Donato leads us into Cha Dao / the way of tea. The art of tea anchors us into the present moment. Through Chao Dao, we create alchemy with the elements that harmonize our being. The practice of tea greets us exactly where we are.

We will leave feeling nourished and held, intimately aware of this precious body and time space we live in.
