9/7 Lunar Eclipse Workshop + Catered Lunch
Join Kat Rose and Amanda Ramirez for a 2-hour deep-dive into your physical, emotional, and energetic body through vocal toning, breathwork, and embodied movement.
On this day, there is a lunar eclipse in Pisces so we are bringing in some astrological aspects.* Kat will be sending everyone who registers a note about what house the lunar eclipse in Pisces falls in their birth chart. Note, you do not need to know anything about astrology to join. If your body is saying yes, listen to that.
This is a time to open to your intuition, shine a light on the darkness/shadow within, release beliefs/thoughts that do not serve you or the planet, and trust the mystery of your ever evolving life.

1pm-3pm: Optional River Time, Lunch + Snacks(see note below if you’d like to purchase a salad and snacks)
After class, there will be an option to walk the river, sunbathe, take a dip, lounge, hang out, and enjoy lunch.

You are welcome to bring your own lunch. If you would like to be served, Amanda is offering an organic local greens salad + a spread of veg, fruits, nuts, gf crackers, dip, and cheese for a small fee of $11.
