9/21 Solar Eclipse Workshop
Join Kat Rose and Amanda Ramirez for a 3-hour deep-dive into your physical, emotional, and energetic body through vocal toning, breathwork, and embodied movement.
On this day, there is a solar eclipse in Virgo so we are bringing in some astrological aspects.* Kat will be sending everyone who registers a note about what house the solar eclipse in Virgo falls in their birth chart. Note, you do not need to know anything about astrology to join. If your body is saying yes, listen to that.
This is a time to open to your intuition, shine a light on the darkness/shadow within, find clarity through introspection, set clear intentions, and find practical steps to move toward powerful new beginings.

After class, there will be an option to walk the river, take a dip, lounge, hang out, and enjoy lunch.

TAMAKA is a place to unplug and is a “RF Safe Zone” where we require cell phones to be turned off or in airplane mode with both bluetooth and wifi toggled off from your settings app. We will keep track of the time, promise. FAQ
What is Vocal Toning? Do I need to sing? What if I don’t like to sing or don’t have a “good” singing voice? Vocal Toning is a practice of using breath to make long continuous tones like “ah” or “oh”. It is quite soothing to the system because exhalations become lengthened and the heart rate stars to slow down. NOTE: We will be lying down, eyes closed or blindfolded during breathwork and vocal toning. Kat will play a crystal bowl during breathwork and vocal toning.

What kind of breathwork are we doing? Amanda will lead a heart-centered style of breathwork. We will be doing 3 rounds of active breathing, interwoven with breath retention and vocal toning.
